How do I log in to the website?

Click petitebeaute.net/customer/account/login/  and enter your e-mail address and password. You will get email confirmation with your user name and password. Now you logged in on the website.

What information do I see under 'My Account'?

If you are logged in on our website, under 'My Account' you will find the following information and options: 
- My Profile: manage your personal details and log out;
- My Addresses: management billing address and delivery address (es);
- Order history: the overview of your online orders; 
- Subscription eNewsletter;
- My Wish List: create a wish list with products from Petite Beaute and share this with acquaintances;
- Product notifications: view and management your product reviews

How to create a wish list: 
- Each item has an icon wish list, before adding the item please login, then click on wish list icon (heart sign) and it will be added into your account page, you can find it going to My Settings- My Wishlist;
- share your wish list just click on Share Wish list by entering their email addresses in the box and message.

I have forgotten my password, what now?

Have you forgotten your password for your Petite Beaute account? 
- Go to petitebeaute.com;
- Click on My Account at the top left;

- At the login screen click on Forgot password;
- Enter your e-mail address and click on 'Send'; you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes. Click on the link in this e-mail message to create a new password;
- Enter the desired password twice and click on 'Change password' to save it.

I can’t login. What now?

On your My Account log in with your e-mail address and a self-chosen password. Your password is case-sensitive, so fill it in uppercase and lowercase. Make sure that it exactly matches the password that you typed during the registration process. 

Have you forgotten your password? Click on 'Forgot password' in the login screen, enter your e-mail address and click 'Send'. You will receive an e-mail within a few minutes. Follow the instructions in this e-mail to set a new password.

How do I search products on the website?

You will find the products you are looking for: 
- At the top right of the web pages you will see a search sign;
- Enter the name, brand of the product you are looking for; while typing all the most popular products and relevant search terms appear;
- Click on one of the search terms; the results are now shown; 
- Do not you find what you are looking for? Contact our customer service specialist.

How can I check my order history?

After completing your order, you will see a confirmation on your screen. In addition, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox within a few minutes. This way you can be sure that we have received your order in good order. Have you not received a confirmation email? Check if it has accidentally ended up in your spam folder. Please fill out our contact us form if you have any difficulties to see your order confirmation.

With all these payment methods you can safely pay safely.
