How do I know if an e-mail really comes from Petite Beaute’ representative?

E-mails from Desire Fragrances B.V. extra trade name Petite Beaute’ can always be recognized by our name in the e-mail address of the sender petitebeaute@desirefragrances.net  
Beware: beware of fake actions! We advise you not to participate.

How long do I have to wait for my refund?

Have you returned one or more products to Petite Beaute? And do you want to know when the purchase price can be expected back? If you have returned the products correctly, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products to your payment account within 14 working days.

How do I get my money back when I send my order back?

After we receive your return shipment, we check whether it meets the conditions for a valid return. A returned order is considered valid if the products are in the original, undamaged and undamaged factory packaging (the cellophane or the seal / seal must therefore not be open).

If your return meets all conditions, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products to your payment account within 14 working days.

Can I return or exchange product?

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from web shop petitebeaute.com you can return it or exchange it for another product. This can be done by sending us an inquiry via contact form or email your request at petitebeaute@desirefragrances.net , please put in the message all contact information so that our customer service specialist can contact you for additional information if necessary but usually our Customer service will send you email with further instruction. Our customer service specialist can ask photos of the product before accepting it for return or exchange or other information for order verification purpose and process of return or exchange. We don’t do return or exchange for the product which were used.

I have suffered damage after using a product. What now?

Although we handle the quality of our products very carefully, it is possible that a product does not meet your expectations or is not valid. 

If you have suffered damage as a result of using our product, we advise you to stop using the product and consult with your doctor if after that you still have a problem such as allergy for example. You can send us email via contact form and indicate what product it was and what reaction it created. We will send it to head office for more details about content.

I received damaged product. What should I do?

If you received our product in broken condition, please take a photo of the damages so you can attach them together with inquiry for exchange or return. If the product leaking, please thought it away.

Can I exchange a product?

You can exchange products purchased from web shop petitebeaute.com within 14 days from the day you have made a purchase, as well as, the product must be in a good sellable condition. Send us an inquiry via contact form and our customer service specialist will contact you via email for further instruction. If you exchange the product for another article, the difference will be settled. 

Can I return or exchange part of my order?
