What are the shipping costs?

Can I decide when my order will be delivered?

For the delivery of online orders, we work together with DHL Parcel. We are bound by the fixed delivery times that DHL uses. So, you cannot decide for yourself when your order will be delivered. However, you can indicate at which address your order should be delivered.

What is your delivery schedule?

DHL Parcel delivers our orders from Tuesday to Saturday. If you order on workdays before 19.00 hours, you will receive your order the next day. No orders are delivered on Sundays and Mondays.

Do you have the Track & Trace code of your order? 

After order placed, confirmed and paid, you will get a notification on your email that your order confirmed and processing or shipped. If the order has been shipped you will get a tracking number to check your order by entering tracking number on DHL Parcel website.

I have given a wrong address with my order, now what?

Have you submitted a wrong address to your order? As long as you have not yet confirmed and paid for your order, you can cancel or change it. Have you already confirmed and paid the order, then changing or canceling is no longer possible. 

If your order can not be received, it will be returned to us. We will contact you again and if you still want the item we will charge for shipping and ship the item again. Or once we have received your order, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the account number you paid with.

How do I change my address?

You can easily change your address via my account in the petitebeaute.com/customer/account and follow the steps below to change your address online: 

- Click on My Settings at the top left; 
- Click on My Account;
- In my dashboard you can edit/manager your personal information and address;
- Click edit / change address and put new info and click save after that you will see a note that info was saved.

What happens if I am not at home?

You will find a note on the door at home that indicates when we will try again. Usually, that is the next working day. 

Can I have my order delivered outside the Netherlands?

You can only have your order delivered to a Dutch address. Ordering from abroad is not possible.

When will my order be delivered?

Do you order before 7 pm on Monday through Friday? Then you have your order the next 2-3 days. 

Do you deliver your order in a DHL Parcelshop? Then delivery takes one to two business days. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with a Track & Trace code. With this you can follow the package on the website of  DHL Parcel

Can I have my order sent to a post office box?

Sending your order to a PO Box is not possible because many orders do not fit through the mailbox or in a PO Box. Moreover, the content is often fragile or even fragile. That is why we always deliver your order personally to a street address.

My order has not been delivered. What should I do?

Have you not received your order? Check whether the package has been delivered to your neighbors. If you are not at home yourself, the deliverer delivers your order to your neighbors. In that case he should leave a note in your mailbox with the address where your package was delivered. Probably this has not happened.

How often will my order be offered again if no one is home and cannot be delivered to the neighbors?

Depends on the carrier. Please contact us via contact form or email at petitebeaute@desirefragrances.net and our customer service specialist will get back to you.  

Can I check where my order is at the moment?

Have you delivered your order at home or delivered it to a DHL Parcelshop? Then you will receive a Track & Trace tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. With this tracking number you can follow the status of your order via the website of DHL Parcel .
